MAINTAINING PRODUCT QUALITY

An air rinser provides a high powered blast of de-ionized air to clean containers and can also be combined with a vacuum system to ensure all loose particulates and dust is removed from the container.

MANUAL AIR RINSING

With manual air rinsing, an operator can clean two bottles at the same time. The operator would invert the bottles overtop the rinsing nozzles which uses ionized air to release any particulates stuck on the inside of the containers held by static.

AUTOMATIC AIR RINSING

Automatic air rinsers have pneumatic gating to control bottles coming in and out of the machine automatically. When the set count of bottles enter the machine they are clamped and rotated or inverted overtop of the nozzles for rinsing. Once complete they return to the conveyor and released back onto the line. The process then repeats.
